We Ship Worldwide
We ship worldwide including Europe, USA, Asia and Australia and currently only offer Standard Delivery (3-14 days of delivery). Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page depending on both the weight of the package and destination.
Duties and Taxes
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charged you are advised to contact your local customs.
Currency Conversions
All prices listed on our site are in USD, and charged in USD. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Policy and Terms
By placing an order at Gnawbone you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Gnawbone. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
Returns Policy
We don't do refunds but you can do exchange within 21 days of receiving your original order. Just shoot us an email about your order and post it back to us. Before you return your item, please make sure they are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. Once we have received your package, we'll send you an email to let you know we've processed your return with details of the exchanged items.
Size Info
All garments are unisex sizes. Measure across shirt from underarm to underarm. Be sure to keep tape level and comfortably loose.
